Thunderkick, the independent slot game studio, has announced the release of Midas Golden Touch 2, the much-awaited sequel to their 2019 hit game. The new title brings players back to the magical realm of King Midas and his golden touch.

Midas Golden Touch 2 is a 3×5 video slot with 15 paylines, featuring Thunderkick’s signature high-quality design and innovative gameplay features. The base game includes the randomly triggered Gift of Midas, which can add up to 9 Wild symbols or 3 Scatter symbols to the reels. Wild symbols come with multipliers ranging from 2x to 32x, depending on the number of Wilds in a winning line.

Landing three or more scatter symbols unlocks the Bonus Game, where any win triggers Sticky Respins. During these respins, winning symbols hold while the other symbols spin again, continuing until no new winners appear. An Epic Wild with a minimum 2x multiplier also appears on every free spin.

Midas Golden Touch 2 introduces new BET+ options, allowing players to increase their chances of triggering the Bonus Game for an additional cost. Spins can be made 2x or 5x more likely to trigger the Bonus Game.

The release continues Thunderkick’s streak of creating highly engaging and dynamic slot games, following recent hits like Xterminate and 12 Bolts of Thunder, which have contributed to the studio’s growth.

“We’re excited to invite players back to King Midas’ kingdom with this feature-rich sequel. With Midas Golden Touch 2, we want to offer a visually immersive journey filled with golden treasures and big win potential.

“Features such as the new BET+ options add an extra layer of choice and excitement. The original Midas Golden Touch was a player favourite, and we believe this follow-up will resonate strongly with customers and operators worldwide.”
