Bgaming Partners with Brazilian Art Duo for Ongoing Creative Initiative
iGaming content provider BGaming is enhancing its commitment to local artists through its participation in SiGMA Americas, extending its “When Art Meets Gaming” project by contributing to charities for up-and-coming artists.
For this event, BGaming has partnered with the Brazilian street art duo, Clandestinos Art, in anticipation of SiGMA Americas happening in Brazil next month. With more than two decades of experience in mural creation, the artists have crafted stunning interpretations of popular BGaming characters from games such as Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Aztec Magic Bonanza, Scratch Alpaca, Book of Cats MEGAWAYS™, Penny Pelican, and Jogo do Bicho.
The duo, consisting of Bruno Smoky and Shalak Attack, shares a passion for art that has led them to develop a mural style blending reality with fantasy. Their innovative techniques and unique themes have earned them accolades and global recognition.
Clandestinos Art’s renditions of BGaming’s characters will be featured in a special merchandise collection, promotional gifts, and the BGaming booth at SiGMA Americas in São Paulo, from April 23rd to 25th.
In support of Clandestinos Art and the broader art community, BGaming will donate €10,000 to the A7MA Institute in São Paulo. This organization champions street art and assists young artists from the city’s margins. Additionally, BGaming is sponsoring a project that encourages children to explore art, enabling them to paint murals on their homes with guidance from A7MA Institute educators.
This collaboration underscores BGaming’s dedication to nurturing local talent, highlighted by its generous contributions to Brazil’s creative community.
“We are so pleased to work with Clandestinos Art for this vibrant new take on our most iconic characters, to be showcased at SiGMA Americas next month.
“Our artistic collaborations at key industry events have become a highlight for many attendees. This time, we are also pleased to donate to art charities in Brazil, as well as continuing to support our collaborators as always financially.”
Kate Puteiko, Chief Marketing Officer at BGaming
“We are usually painting large murals on the streets, and this is how most people know our work, but it was a pleasure to collaborate with BGaming and create these game characters through digital illustration!
“For us, it was a great opportunity to dive into this medium and keep true to our artistic styles. Each of us should have created three unique pieces and then united them all on the final collage piece. This is the essence of how we work as Clandestinos Art, bringing the best of both of our styles and melting them together! Wishing the BGaming team all the luck in Brazil, we will be there in colors and hearts.”
